Qualifications

• Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid employment.
• Substitution: 30 semester hours per year of experience or 1080 clock hours of vocational training may substitute for the required experience.

• Interview customers to obtain information related to unemployment benefits or job placement.
• Enter unemployment claims, low earning reports, and employment services registrations.
• Audit low earnings and unemployment applications.
