Responsibilities

• New Business support including pre-bind risk analysis.
• Renewal support with pre-underwriting review, quoting, system updates and data collection.
• Broker of record handling.
• Endorsement review and pre-screening.
• Cancellation and reinstatement handling.
• Recommendation review and handling.
• Special projects as needed.
• Maintains ownership of tasks and provides acceptable service standards.
• Provide agency support to agents by answering questions or directing to correct contact.
