Responsibilities

• Underwrite small renewals within an assigned Letter of Authority.
• Work with underwriters on policy requests and renewals.
• Follow guidelines, state regulation, and procedures for renewals.
• Maintain ownership of tasks and meet service standards.
• Provide agency support: answer questions, endorsements, billing inquiries, assign work.
