Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related experience/training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Ensures a level of customer service that meets and exceeds expectations over the phone and in writing.
• Examines applicants for insurance, reviews documents to set up or issue new business or policy modifications.
• Reviews and follows up, sets up accounts, and may process agency business under an Underwriter's guidance.
• Coordinates and manages relationships with field adjusters, from initial contact to report gathering and ensuring timely invoice payments.
• Evaluates pre-renewal directions for vault coverage, closed claims and CAR reports.
• Delivers on commitments to internal and external customers with follow-up and follow-through.
• Responds to inquiries from jewelers, agents and current or prospective insured parties.
• Maintains accuracy and quality as a core driver of customer relationships.
• Aims to be a knowledge expert in product, systems, and services.
