Job summary

• Minimum 1-year experience in commercial insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.
• Excellent written, communication, and organizational skills.
• Property & Casualty Insurance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process bind requests and issuance of policies within SLAs.
• Coordinate with agents and brokers to gather information for binding or issuing policies.
• Prepare and issue insurance policies ensuring documents are accurate and compliant.
• Maintain underwriting files with proper labeling and timely updates.
• Assist in developing and updating department guidelines and tools.
• Handle servicing tasks for the Service Delivery department.
• Ensure tasks meet established SLAs and participate in team meetings.
