Selective Insurance invites undergraduates (Juniors/Seniors) to join the Ignite Internship program for summer 2027 at our Allentown, PA or Hunt Valley, MD offices. This 11-week, full-time experience provides a peek into the insurance world with on-the-job assignments, team projects, and exposure to leadership.

You’ll build relationships, develop business skills, and participate in a community volunteer day while exploring potential full-time opportunities at Selective after graduation.

Formación

• Self-starter who can take direction and follow instructions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and perform under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task successfully.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
