Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, IN is seeking an Underwriting Intern for a 12-week, full-time program from May 17 to Aug 6, 2026. You will support process improvements by reviewing underwriting workflows, documenting gaps, and helping develop reporting tools for leadership.

You will conduct QA audits of compliance data, analyze metrics, communicate corrective actions with cross-functional teams, and present findings to RMO leadership at the program's end.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (Junior or Senior) pursuing Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with data visualization is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review underwriting workflows, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct QA audits of compliance data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect and report metrics; assist in developing dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate corrective actions.
• Maintain QA documentation and support process improvements.
• Present findings to RMO leadership at internship end.
