Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC in Carmel, IN invites juniors and seniors to join its 12-week Underwriting Intern program. The internship runs May 17 to Aug 6, 2026, is full-time (40 hours/week), and is based at our headquarters.

You will support process improvement by reviewing underwriting workflows, conducting QA audits, and helping develop dashboards. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and present findings to RMO leadership at the program’s end.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review underwriting workflows to identify gaps and propose enhancements.
• Conduct QA audits of compliance data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics; help develop dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate corrective actions clearly.
• Maintain QA documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to RMO leadership at internship end.
