This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) based at our Carmel, IN headquarters, running May 17 through August 6, 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior or senior in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement by reviewing underwriting workflows and identifying gaps.
• Conduct QA audits of compliance data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collect, analyze, and report metrics; help develop dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate corrective actions clearly.
• Present findings and recommendations to RMO leadership at internship end.
