Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years insurance experience, preferably in medical field.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; strong data navigation skills.
• Technical aptitude to operate multiple web applications.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process new business groups across MARK, Access, and Dynamics.
• Assign underwriters and create/update group files and quotes.
• Handle monthly renewals; review, import data, and monitor participation.
• Coordinate documentation, QA testing, and system data integrity.
• Submit EFTs, process signatures, and manage group records.
