The Baldwin Group in Hallandale Beach, FL, offers a 10-week summer 2027 Underwriting Internship. Interns will be aligned to umbrella, general liability or property programs based on location and gain hands-on underwriting exposure within our technology-driven platform.

Participants will shadow professionals, pull loss runs, process submissions, and complete non-monetary endorsements, with mentorship from senior leaders and a view toward a future Rotational Analyst Program across Claims,

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Liberal Arts or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Pull requested loss runs for accounts.
• Assist with the submission intake process.
• Complete non-monetary endorsements such as mailing address changes.
• Assist with entering risk information into rater for quoting purposes.
• Shadow team members to learn the business and workflow.
