Rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in risk management or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of comfort working with numbers.

Interest in pursuing underwriting and the insurance industry.
Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured training sessions to build a foundational understanding of Group Benefits underwriting principles, products, and risk evaluation.
Partner with an experienced underwriter through one-on-one mentorship while engaging with senior leaders.
Analyze real underwriting cases by assessing risk factors and contributing to pricing decisions.
Collaborate with fellow interns on a summer-long project to strengthen analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
Attend speaker sessions and learning events across Underwriting, Finance, and related business functions.
