Job summary

The role serves as a liaison across Compliance, Underwriting, Training, Legal, and Executive Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7–10 years of commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, quality assurance, auditing, or related insurance experience.
• CPCU / AU / AINS / ARM or other relevant designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the underwriting audit program and ensure alignment with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Develop annual audit plans, priorities, and methodologies.
• Monitor productivity, audit completion, and reporting timelines; ensure consistency in scoring and findings.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to underwriting and compliance leadership and executives.
• Lead training, development, and remediation efforts; mentor audit staff.
