Philadelphia Insurance Companies is expanding its Compliance team and seeking an Underwriting Audit Supervisor. The role oversees the underwriting audit program, manages staff, and aligns audits with regulatory and company standards to improve performance and risk management.

Candidates should have 7–10 years in underwriting/compliance, strong leadership, and the ability to present findings to senior leadership. A hybrid work model and remote consideration are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, insurance, risk management, finance, or accounting.
• 7–10 years in commercial underwriting, underwriting compliance, QA, auditing, or related insurance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Experience presenting results to senior leadership and managing corrective action initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the underwriting audit program and develop annual audit plans.
• Ensure audits follow standards and procedures with quality control.
• Analyze audit results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead corrective action plans with underwriting management and track remediation.
• Mentor audit staff and promote knowledge sharing within the organization.
