Responsibilities

• Underwrite risk for renewal and new business within authority.
• Handle endorsements within delegated authority with actions and clarification.
• Manage renewal book within authority; triage applications.
• Coordinate with branches and CNA teams to resolve issues.
• Document files for completeness and compliance.
• Apply pricing strategies per tools and document rationale.
• Complete quotes and negotiate within authority.
• Be first-line contact to producers/customers for account matters.
• Assist in marketing products and field visits.
• Be an expert on systems and workflows; train others.
• Stay current on lines of business, regulations and trends.
