Qualifications

• High attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in time sensitive distribution of policy correspondence and legal documents via physical mail or email.
• Assist with building inspections to validate information and communicate non-standard findings.
• Develop understanding of agency management, product distribution, and claims procedures.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders via email or other appropriate methods.
• Work cross-functionally to develop process improvements and product enhancements.
• Provide input to leadership for continuous process improvement.
• Fill in for team members to ensure business continuity.
