Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks an Underwriting Assistant I in Broomfield, CO for a 12-month temp-to-hire role. Hybrid schedule Tue-Thu with post-90-day assessment.

Responsibilities include policy dissemination, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve underwriting processes. The position emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and customer service skills, with a background in MS Office and high school education.

Job Title: Underwriting Assistant I

Location: Broomfield, CO

Duration: 12 months. (Temp to hire)

Hybrid Schedule: Yes. Would start Tues-Thursday and will re-evaluate after first 90 days.

Temp-to-hire: That is the goal but cannot be guaranteed at this time. If unable to convert at end of 12 months, would look to extend an additional 6 months if work volume continues to support it.

• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Claims, Product, Underwriting and other business units to develop process improvements and product enhancements.
• Provide input and feedback to leadership for continuous process improvement.
• Fill in for other team members to ensure business continuity during peak periods and/or when team members are unavailable.
