Criterion Executive Search, Inc. is seeking an Underwriting Assistant with Program experience to support the insurance team in day‑to‑day billing, servicing, and processing endorsements and submissions. This hands‑on role requires meticulous data work, strong Excel skills, and precise policy documentation.

In a fast‑paced P&C environment, you will help review quarterly reports, manage policy files, and collaborate on special projects while maintaining accuracy and underwriting compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of insurance experience (carrier, wholesale brokerage or retail agency experience)
• Strong understanding of specialized commercial property lines
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong math skills and Excel proficiency with attention to detail

• Process and assist with the day to day policy servicing of billing processing endorsements, checking policies, certificates, and other policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with underwriting and documentation requirements.
• Support team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
