Qualifications

• Proven ability to evaluate complex project documents and contracts.
• Strong analytical skills for financial underwriting of renewables.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting of renewable energy project finance.
• Review and analyze project documentation (PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, etc.).
• Assist in due diligence efforts and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
