RTX is seeking a Requirements and Capabilities Associate Director for Undersea Programs to lead campaigns to grow its customer base for undersea sensors and effectors. The role coordinates with NSS and Naval Power units to develop relationships with domestic and international customers, delivering integrated solutions for defense needs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience.
• Submarine qualified officer, O-6 grade level with command experience and Navy expertise.
• Current Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and assess new undersea opportunities.
• Build and maintain business relationships with potential customers and US government counterparts.
• Provide subject matter expertise in US and international procurement and acquisition strategies.
• Support development of strategic plans and country strategies.
• Prepare and request international licenses and agreements.
• Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations on policy and technology advocacy.
• Approximately 30% domestic and international travel.
