Job summary

RTX is seeking a Requirements and Capabilities Associate Director for Undersea Programs to lead campaigns for growing Raytheon’s undersea sensors and effectors across the domain. The Director develops, gains leadership approval and executes campaigns in close coordination with the NSS and Naval Power units.

The role is onsite/hybrid in Jacksonville, FL or Arlington, VA with travel and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Submarine qualified officer, O-6 grade level with command experience and Navy undersea operations, combat systems, sensors/effectors and sonar arrays.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and assess new undersea opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with US government counterparts and customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise in procurement processes and acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate on strategic plans and country strategies.
• Coordinate international licensing and agreements.
• Work with RTX Global Government Relations on public policy and technology development.
• Travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally.
