Qualifications

• 2+ years of Underground Utility installation experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and convey information effectively.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards.
• Ability to obtain Arsenal and FBI Badge preferred, but not required.
• Dependable transportation.
• Wear PPE on all job sites as required.
• Work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install underground pipe and related utilities following specifications.
• Read blueprints and project specs to determine construction requirements and procedures.
• Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment as needed.
• Locate, measure, and mark site locations for structures or equipment.
• Maintain high quality work and safety standards on site.
• Coordinate with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers and coworkers.
• Represent Grayson Carter and Son Contracting, Inc. professionally on site.
