• Supervise a team of Line Locator Technicians and manage daily ticket workload.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity and field performance.
• Maintain Operator Qualifications (OQs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to team activities and field operations.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR on performance issues and training needs.
