Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for Star Construction.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate detection equipment to locate and mark underground utilities.
• Read utility maps to locate underground utilities.
• Document all locates.
• Respond promptly to excavation notices.
• Coordinate with excavators, utility representatives, and staff.
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call or after-hours as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
