Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC is hiring field locators to identify and mark underground utilities across designated areas. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions using a company-provided vehicle and equipment to locate telecom, electric, gas, water, and sewer lines.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and locating systems.
• Overtime, weekend, and on-call availability as needed.
• Must pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Able to read locate tickets, maps, and prints.

Responsibilities

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities and mark locations.
• Document work and photograph each locate as required.
• Work daytime, full-time shifts with potential overtime or on-call duties.
