Job summary

USIC is seeking field locators to identify and mark underground utilities across designated areas. The role involves outdoor, day-time fieldwork with company vehicle use and safety-first processes. You will work with advanced ticket systems and document each locate thoroughly.

Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a fast-paced environment. No prior locating experience is required, but experienced locators are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field software.
• Able to read locate tickets, maps and prints.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and efficiently in designated areas.
• Photograph and document each locate and maintain accurate records.
