USIC is seeking a field Locator to locate underground utilities and accurately mark their positions in designated areas. The role involves daytime, full-time fieldwork using a company vehicle, with overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, capable of working outdoors in varying weather, and comfortable using technology for ticketing and reporting. Training is provided; prior locating experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities and mark the location.
• Complete necessary documentation and photograph each locate.
