Job summary

USIC is seeking motivated outdoor technicians to locate underground utilities on a full-time, daytime schedule. You’ll work in the field with a company vehicle, using our ticket and claims systems to mark locations and document findings accurately.

No prior locating experience is required, as a comprehensive training program is provided. Expect overtime, weekend and on-call shifts, with a full benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a safety-focused, nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and field software.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and accurately.
• Mark locations, document findings, and photograph each locate.
• Work daytime, full-time; overtime, weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
