Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC is hiring outdoor field locators to accurately locate underground utilities across designated areas. You will work in various weather conditions, mark locations, and document each find using company tools.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology and maps/GPS.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
• Clear communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Safely locate underground utilities (telecom, electric, gas, water, sewer).
• Accurately mark locations, document each locate, and photograph when required.
• Work daytime, full-time with possible overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Operate company vehicle and field equipment; maintain safety practices.
