Our crews support projects involving fiber optic, natural gas, and power utilities, working within public rights-of-way and active construction environments.
We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the day-to-day execution of underground utility projects. The Foreman is responsible for directing crews, maintaining safe and productive jobsites, coordinating with inspectors and project leadership, and ensuring work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and Terra standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who understands underground utility construction, can make sound decisions in the field, and knows how to hold a crew accountable while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
