We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management and field operations teams.
This position plays an important role in keeping projects organized, documentation accurate, and communication flowing between the office and field.
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Management, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to help keep underground utility projects moving efficiently.

Support Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of underground utility projects.
Help develop, track, and maintain project schedules and goals.
Track project milestones, accomplishments, and outstanding items.
Assist with coordinating project activities between office and field teams.
Communicate project updates and follow up on outstanding items.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, dig tickets, change orders, plans, specifications, and reports.
Help maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is completed on time.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, and other project documentation.
Review project information and communicate updates to the appropriate team members.
Work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, and Construction Management.
Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
Review project plans and specifications and identify information that may require clarification.
Help identify potential project issues and communicate them to the Project Manager.
Support field leadership with project-related coordination and administrative needs.
Assist with tracking project costs, production, schedules, and other project information.
Help monitor project milestones and deadlines.
Follow up on open items to help keep projects moving.
Assist with change orders and other project-related documentation.
2+ years of construction industry experience required.
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Construction Coordinator, or similar role preferred.
Experience in underground utilities, telecommunications, civil construction, or related construction is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, deadlines, and competing demands.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with both office and field personnel.
