Job summary

Terra Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman in Las Vegas, NV to lead field crews and oversee day-to-day underground utility projects.

You will ensure work is safe, on schedule, and aligned with project plans while coordinating with inspectors and project leadership. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on field leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of holding crews accountable and maintaining a professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading underground utility, civil, or related construction crews.
• Strong understanding of underground utility construction practices.
• Able to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and supervise underground utility construction crews.
• Plan and coordinate daily crew activities to meet production and project schedules.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per project plans and specs.
• Coordinate with inspectors, project managers, superintendents, and other personnel.
• Monitor progress, production, workmanship, and quality.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and as-built information when required.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and quality on site.
