Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising maintenance contracts or civil construction.
• Proven expertise in underground utility construction, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience managing team members, including hiring, training and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of utility projects and maintenance contracts, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage employee performance to meet contractual goals and expectations.
• Ensure adherence to safety management, resource management and cost controls.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Provide hands-on leadership in underground utilities construction and repair.
• Manage field teams, offering technical guidance and safety compliance.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utilities on road projects.
• Hire, train, supervise, and terminate staff to build a skilled team.
• Maintain client relationships and address concerns to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Ensure work complies with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to the Operations Manager and document records.
