Adams Contracting LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day heavy/highway construction operations across Tennessee and Kentucky. You will supervise on-site personnel, ensure schedule adherence, budget control, and enforce safety and quality standards, while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires operating construction equipment as needed, interpreting survey layouts, and reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supervising heavy/highway construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage on-site operations effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and construction layouts from surveyor stakes.
• Experience operating construction equipment on-site.

Responsabilités

• On-site project management to meet schedules and plans.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure quality standards on site.
• Operate equipment as needed and coordinate with Operations Manager for equipment availability.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Manage on-site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Identify issues early and develop effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate on-site documentation and progress reports for the Project Manager.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.
