Christman Mid-Atlantic Constructors, LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for the Knoxville, Tennessee region. You will oversee field operations, coordinate with management, clients, and trade contractors to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires extensive construction experience, knowledge of Procore and BIM, and the ability to manage complex site activities with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of work experience in construction or related field.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and project tools.
• Knowledge of Procore, BIM, and scheduling software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees interpretation of construction documents and methods.
• Ensures compliance with contractual specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinates site logistics, safety, and quality expectations.
• Plans work sequences with trade foremen to meet milestones.
• Reviews and approves timesheets for contractors and employees.
• Facilitates coordination meetings and pre-installation planning.
