Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. seeks a seasoned Field Manager to supervise skilled trades crews on large underground utility projects within heavy highway and site work.

You will lead safety-focused teams, coordinate with project management, and drive on-time completion with quality standards. Responsibilities include pre-planning, 90-day and 3-week scheduling, managing costs, and directing subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Journeyman to Foreman to Superintendent progression with 6+ years field management experience.
• Roadway/Highway project experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of underground utilities and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Foreman on safety, productivity, and quality.
• Assist project leadership in creating project schedules and pre-planning.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week crew schedules and train teams.
