Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking an experienced field supervisor to oversee underground utilities projects and coordinate crews for large-scale site work. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and profitability while managing pre-planning and scheduling activities on complex projects.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of field management experience, strong blueprint and line-grade skills, and a proven ability to lead diverse trades in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field management experience in heavy civil/underground utilities.
• Journeyman to Foreman to Superintendent progression in career path.
• Roadway/Highway project experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Foreman on conducting work safely, productively, and focusing on quality.
• Be a leader for the Safety 24/7 culture of your crews.
• Assist the Project Manager/Project Superintendent in creating the project schedule.
• Develop 90-day and 3-week schedules for crews.
• Conduct pre-planning and goal setting with crews.
• Oversee costs associated with your work items.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs for crews.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
• Train / Develop team members for the safety and productivity of the crews
