Job summary

Kokosing Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a seasoned site supervisor for underground utilities and heavy highway projects in the Morgantown area. You will oversee skilled trades, ensure safety, quality, and profitability, and collaborate with the project team on pre-planning and installation.

Responsibilities include directing work, coordinating schedules, managing costs, and developing crews. A strong track record in field management for large-site projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field management experience in complex underground utilities construction.
• Progression from Journeyman to Foreman to Superintendent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foreman and crews to perform work safely, productively, and with quality.
• Support Safety 24/7 culture on crews.
• Assist Project Manager in creating project schedules and 90-day/3-week lookahead plans.
• Coordinate manpower, heavy equipment, tooling and material needs.
• Schedule subcontractors and train team members for safety and productivity.
