Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee skilled trades crews and manage onsite construction activities, especially in underground utilities projects. This role will be pivotal in the planning and installation phases, with a focus on safety, production, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Technical experience in complex underground utilities progressing through the ranks.
• Six or more years similar construction Field Management experience.
• Roadway/Highway experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise skilled trades crews and manage construction activities.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Lead and manage Foreman on conducting work safely and productively.

Skills

Proficient in line and grade (transits, lasers, etc.)

Experience with shoring systems

Good understanding of specifications and blueprint reading

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Technical experience in complex underground utilities

Six or more years similar construction Field Management experience
