Responsibilities

Direct oversight of field personnel, including operators, laborers, and subcontractors.
Lead field operations for underground utility projects including water, sewer, storm drain, and related civil scopes.
Build and maintain daily/weekly work plans aligned with project schedule.
Drive project schedule execution and coordinate with Project Manager.
Monitor safety, quality, and budget adherence on site.
