Rangeline Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead underground wet utilities work in Austin, TX. You will oversee field operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

The role requires coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials, and developing daily/weekly work plans aligned with project schedules while maintaining a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience with underground utilities
• Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience
• Municipal project experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA 30 (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on underground utility projects
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
• Develop daily/weekly work plans
• Monitor safety and enforce OSHA standards
• Interface with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Drive project schedule execution and cost control
