Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects involving underground utility installation and site development. You will own projects from planning through completion, coordinating field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PM experience in underground utility construction, civil site development, or related environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in underground utilities, civil construction, sitework, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of scheduling and cost management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic field environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through final completion.
• Establish and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, clients, inspectors.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, materials, and costs.
• Manage changes and document scope modifications.
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate status, risks, and requirements to stakeholders.
• Visit active job sites and coordinate with field leadership.
• Support project closeout and final documentation.
