You will work with senior project managers, handling RFIs, submittals, and reports while gaining growth opportunities in mechanical contracting across Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years of progressive project engineering experience in a mechanical contractor role.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Procore.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning work schedule and manpower.
• Coordinate project personnel activities to keep progress on schedule and budget.
• Advise on potential problems and help resolve scheduling issues.
• Prepare letters, memos, reports, and procedures as required.
• Handle day-to-day admin items including RFIs, submittals, and material requests.
