Job summary

Flippo Construction Company, Inc., located in Forestville, MD, is seeking an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman to lead a crew in installing and repairing water, sewer, and storm-drain utilities. The Foreman ensures efficient use of resources, maintains safety standards, and coordinates with the Superintendent to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman supervising underground utilities projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings/diagrams.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew installing and repairing underground utility pipes (water, storm drain, sewer, duct banks).
• Monitor production and costs daily.
• Plan and coordinate with Superintendent for job start up and schedules.
• Maintain safety and quality on the jobsite.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure on-schedule completion.
