Job summary

R&R Contracting Utilities is seeking experienced utility foremen to lead field crews on water infrastructure, sewer, and underground utility projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on safety enforcement, and the ability to coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, and material needs on active sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of utility or heavy civil construction experience.
• 2+ years in a foreman or lead role.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with water main, sewer, storm drain, or site work.
• Ability to manage crew productivity and resolve field issues.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
