Qualifikationen

• BachelorA s degree in electrical engineering; ABET-accredited preferred.
• Four to ten years of related engineering experience depending on level SG7-SG10.
• Strong knowledge of underground transmission cable systems and testing standards.

Aufgaben

• Design end-to-end underground transmission line systems and interfaces.
• Perform cable route, feasibility, and installation engineering analyses.
• Develop specifications, guidelines, and standards for design, construction, and restoration.
• Oversee splicing and terminations; qualify joints and accessories.
• Conduct thermal analysis and ampacity studies using CYMCAP or similar tools.
• Define factory acceptance testing and commissioning procedures.
• Lead restoration and reliability initiatives and supplier performance improvements.
