MasTec Communications Group in Dayton, OH is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead crews on telecom utility construction sites. You’ll supervise field crews, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality work on outdoor projects.

You’ll operate and supervise use of backhoes, dozers, cable plows and other equipment, troubleshoot on site, mentor teammates, and manage all aspects of job-site construction. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

• Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.
