Job summary

MasTec Communications Group is seeking an Underground Foreman to lead field crews on telecom construction projects. You will build, repair, and maintain outdoor sites while ensuring safety and quality, training teammates, and solving field challenges.

You will supervise operations, operate heavy equipment, and ensure all job-site activities meet project requirements. A valid driver's license is required, with DOT medical card eligibility and CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of telecom construction: coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, aerial/underground work.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain telecom construction projects.
• Work at outdoor utility construction sites.
• Troubleshoot field issues as they arise.
• Train crew on tools and equipment.
• Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, and other machinery.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction.
