Kanaan Communications, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in North Jackson, OH. You will lead crews, ensure safety protocols, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners to plan and execute underground telecom installations.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of related foreman experience, a high school diploma or GED, and authorization to work in the United States. Valid driver's license required; able to work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related foreman experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA/DOT).
• Experience training and leading crews to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on day-to-day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
