Job summary

CableCom, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the Madison area. You will lead crew efforts to install and maintain underground telecom systems, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality outcomes.

The role includes training teammates and coordinating with property owners to address issues. You’ll read blueprints, follow OSHA and DOT regulations, and support daily operations with the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
